Actual Cost Quarterly Report (ACQR)
Sponsors submit their quarterly actual costs through the Actual Cost Quarterly Report (ACQR) screen.
1. On the blue menu bar, select Applications. The Applications menu screen displays.
2. On the menu, select ACQR – Centers or ACQR – DCH. The respective Actual Cost Quarterly Report List screen displays.
3. Select View for the quarter of the report you would like to access. The Quarterly Revenue Expenditure screen displays.
4. Select <Back to return to the previous screen.

2. On the menu, select ACQR – Centers or ACQR – DCH. The respective Actual Cost Quarterly Report List screen displays.
3. Select Add for the quarter of the report you would like to access. The Quarterly Revenue Expenditure screen displays.
4. Enter Cost data for the respective quarter. The system will calculate Year to Date Revenues, Budget Balance, and Percentage Budget Earned.
5. Select Save. A confirmation screen displays.
6. Select
<Edit to return to the Quarterly Revenue Expenditure
screen.

Select Finish to return to the Actual Cost Quarterly Report
List screen.

2. On the menu, select ACQR – Centers or ACQR – DCH. The respective Actual Cost Quarterly Report List screen displays.
3. Select Modify for the quarter of the report you would like to access. The Quarterly Revenue Expenditure screen displays.
4. Modify any desired information. The system will calculate Year to Date Revenues, Budget Balance, and Percentage Budget Earned
5. Select Save. A confirmation screen displays.
6. Select
<Edit to return to the Quarterly Revenue Expenditure
screen.
